Civil Solutions Strategies will offer new technologies such as the Snow Plow Management Program, the Megan’s Law Management System, The E.D.G.E (Election Day Geospatially Enhanced), the iDV (Internet Data Viewer) and the Inlet Cleaning and Mapping Management System. 

“Over the last decade ARH and Civil Solutions have been working with clients to design problem solving tools using GIS (Geospatial Information Systems) technology,” said Chris Rehmann.  “These efforts have yielded programs that can assist governments and business enhance their operational efficiencies and provide cost saving measures.  The focus of CS2
will be to deliver these tools to governments and businesses throughout the region.”

Civil Solutions President Rich Rehmann, who has overseen the design and development of
the programs, says that while the new department will officially kick off on January 1st,, he
has already begun the process of meeting with clients and potential clients to discuss the advantages of using GIS technology to enhance their internal and external operations.
